A Side Note...

I just thought that some of you may be interested to know that we got a very unexpected phone call on Friday. The charter school that we had hoped to get Amanda in this year called to say that they have room in kindergarten for her now, if we are interested. (She was #25 (out of more than 200) on the waiting list for kindergarten this year.) We're planning to bring Amanda by the classroom on Monday to meet the teacher and see what she thinks. She is actually much more open to the idea than I expected her to be, since she has said a couple of times recently that she doesn't want to go to a different school next year. We will have some transportation issues that will need to be worked out if we decide to switch, though, so if you are so inclined, we would appreciate your prayers for wisdom and needed provision in this matter.
