We had a great hike this morning at another new-to-us park. We never would have known the trail was there, if not for the letterbox clues. The trail had a lot of interesting trees along the creek bank and some cool natural bridges.
We nearly gave up on the letterbox, but we eventually found it. (We just hadn't gone far enough on the trail yet.) 
The park also had a great playground, which helped motivate the girls through the hike.
On our way home, we decided to stop at the Learning Store for the Saturday craft, which we hadn't done yet this summer. It was a great day for it! The girls made bug signs - a butterfly, ladybug, and bee.
