Saturday with The Cat

Dr. Seuss' birthday is on Wednesday, so the Learning Store had Seuss-inspired crafts and games today. We were happy to see that they were different from the ones they had last year. They had some fun games with the Cat in the Hat, who also read books every hour. Two of the crafts were bow-ties (like the Cat in the Hat) and headbands with "apples up on top."


We pulled out all the Dr. Seuss books we own and started reading them. And, of course, I promised to make green eggs and ham this week.
