A Week's Worth

We had a very full week, but unfortunately, I don't have a week's worth of pictures.
Amanda and Caitlyn went to Vacation Bible School at our church every morning this week. Both girls had wonderful youth leaders working with their groups.

Eliza had play dates with friends who also had older siblings at VBS.
Chad was gone the whole week, working with the youth during their mission projects. The youth and adult volunteers camped out in our church's high school gym for the week and went to various service projects all over the city during the day. We were able to visit with Chad several evenings during a break in their activities, though, and we left treats for him in his locker all week. He gets back home this afternoon. Yay!
The girls and I found various ways to occupy ourselves during the afternoons, while avoiding the heat. We met Grandpa Steve one afternoon at the Bass Pro store, where they had free crafts and s'mores.
Last night was our church's annual Summer Family Fun Night, so we spent a couple of hours eating, playing, bouncing, and splashing.
