We're all exhausted, so I guess that's a sign that it was a good night. Last night was pretty much like a sleepover - they ate pizza, made smores over a campfire, had a hula-hoop contest, made a special GS snack mix, traded "swaps", watched movies, and stayed up way too late. Like last year, the troop stayed in a large cabin on the GS Council property.
This morning, they had breakfast, worked on their scrapbooks for the year, had a tea party, got some of the patches they've earned, and then did "capers." (clean-up chores) They have one more meeting for the year, and then the whole troop will be bridging to Brownies! (Their leaders are moving up to a Brownie troop, so everyone will stay together.)
