Pics from our trip

Here are some (okay, a lot) of our pictures from our trip to visit my family. (FYI - for those who don't know my family - Reagan, Ari and Jaden are my sisters' kids.)

Caitlyn and Ari with the girls' favorite activity while we were at Grandma's - catching and caring for tiny frogs. They let one go in Grandma's fish pond, only to have one of the fish eat it! It was a little traumatic.

My mom's brand new beagle puppy, Callie.

Eliza's 1/2 Birthday was the day we got to Grandma's, so we had cake after dinner. Here she is eating her cake like a dog.

Reagan takes Amanda and Ari for a ride on Grandma's step machine.

Eliza tries on Reagan's shoe at the water park.

Amanda and Caitlyn in the tree in Grandma's front yard.

Eliza wants to go for a ride, too.

The kids playing in the dirt.

Amanda with her bowling ball. It was Amanda and Caitlyn's first time bowling.

Jaden, Amanda, Ari and Caitlyn enjoying lunch at the park.

Feeding one of the swans at the park

Caty with Mort the Tort (he or she is a tortoise), let out of the house for a walk.

Amanda shows off her reading to her Great Aunt Kay.

Hannah with Caitlyn and Amanda in Mommaw's pool. (Hannah is my first cousin. Mommaw is my grandmother - the girls' great-grandmother.) Thankfully, we got to get in Mommaw's pool for a little bit on our last day, since we didn't get in my mom's pool the entire time we were there - we were either doing something else or it was too cold or rainy.

AND while we were out...
Chad put down the wood flooring we've had stored in the garage for months. He put it down in the kitchen and dining room. It is so nice to have the carpet out from under the table! He's still working on the trim, but it looks great!

Wow! What a great trip!

And a very nice floor. I can sympathize with having carpeting under the table. It's never good when you have kids.

Ah yes, the inevitable reminders of my age...I believe that I remember hearing about Reagan's birth!
