It was raining and yucky out today, but Caitlyn really wanted to go out for a little bit to play. I think she really just wanted to wear the new raincoat that Meme found for her. It's still a few sizes too big, but she loves it. Of course she had to wear her boots with it. She seems to think that any boots must be good for the rain, even though these are clearly NOT rain boots. I just didn't see a good reason to disagree.
