No school yesterday or today, due to the lovely snow outside (and the ice on top).
Yesterday, the girls had a great time playing outside, and I got lots of cooking, baking, and kitchen organizing done. I got out all of our snow/winter books over the weekend, and we've been enjoying those. We've also been watching all the birds at the feeder in the backyard. So have the neighborhood cats. No casualties to report yet.
Eliza will be reading about Bears later this week, but it's on hold for now. I don't know if they'll be back to school tomorrow or not. Chad was supposed to start classes yesterday, but those have also been canceled for the week.
