Chad and the girls were out early this morning - before 8:30 a.m. (Chad worked last night, so they went out shortly after he got home.)
They made this great snow mound man using the nifty new snowman kit they got for Christmas. (It's not good packing snow.)

It's good that they got out early - the sun came out and it's melting quickly. They had to rebuild the snowman's head by 10:30.
