Here's Amanda in front of the scenery for the musical. Friday was the big show (they were great!), but they also performed the show for the school Wednesday and Thursday last week. Today, the cast took a field trip to do the show at a senior center. That was the last musical responsibility until the spring, when they will go to a local Broadway Junior gathering to perform/compete/learn.
Amanda was a narrator, and several teachers commented to me about what a fantastic job she did. She was loud, clear, and very enthusiastic. She's very comfortable in front of a crowd. She was excited that one of her lines was the opening "Once upon a time..."
