Chad went on a church men's retreat this weekend, so it's just been the girls and me. We got up this morning and went to the farmer's market and then had breakfast there. Later, we went to the Learning Store for craft time, and then we went to a nearby park that we don't frequent much. The girls had a great time crossing the little stream on stepping stones (except Eliza, who was just as delighted to go over the "troll" bridge.) We picnicked outside for lunch and then the girls went to the neighbors to play in the sprinklers and on our Slip 'n Slide (which we gave to the neighbors to put up in their yard, since Eliza had to take a nap.) Then we ate outside again for dinner. It feels like summer.
