We took a very quick trip over the weekend to go to my grandmother's surprise 80th birthday party. (She was surprised!) I didn't get too many pictures at the surprise party, but here is one of the kids.
Guests were invited to give her 80 of something. We gave her 80 hugs and kisses (Hersheys), and the girls made her a card with 80 puzzle pieces glued on that said, "We love you to pieces!"
Back at the house, we finally cut into the cake, and sat around for a while telling funny stories.

It was so fun, and the kids didn't even mind the two days of back-to-back driving. I'm so thankful we were able to make it.
